Our Story

EPE Systems’s story is the story of our founder: Dan Leclaire.

Here is his story as only he can tell it:

After over 17 years successfully managing IT projects and over 20 years in the industry, I looked for new ways to expand on my role of assisting IT executives to deliver on the startegic vision spearheaded by projects.

As I sought to better understand IT Executive pain points and struggles on projects, I initiated a survey of over 30 IT Executives within my network. The results were eye-opening and definitely challenged my assumptions of what IT executives truly struggled with inside projects and also what they most needed and wanted.

This insight led to the development of a refined approach to better control project outcomes using the most workable theories and project best practices as well as my practical experience on the optimum approaches to addressing project pain points. The result is a series of systems that I’m passionate about implementing to provide the real assistance IT Executives are looking for!

We fully empower IT Execs to monitor and control their projects so they can successfully execute their company’s strategic vision.

Service: EPE believes in providing truly valuable service to each one of our clients. This means each employee starting with an intention to materially benefit the client and then implementing the correct approach and systems to do so. We do not take the opportunity to be of true service lightly.

Accountability: EPE always ensures each team member stays accountable for their commitments to their client. That means providing reports when promised, scheduling and keeping appointments when set and not letting other team members miss their commitments to the client either.

Transparency: EPE believes in a culture of transparency where the actual data observed is what is communicated to the relevant client. Only with accurate data and a commitment to providing facts can projects be put on the path to stable recovery and later, acceleration without further derailment.

Results-Oriented: EPE believes that producing a measurable result matters. The results from implementing the corrective approaches, systems and steps should be tangible for the client. This can be facilitated by providing regular reports to clients on the changes implemented and ensuring clients are solicited no less than bi-weekly for their feedback on the results achieved.
