Assess
We evaluate the project Deliverables, Processes and Tools based on the key categories of: Observation, Planning, Communicating, Supervision, Production and Users.

Identify
We note all the issues found and outline remedial steps for each Key Issue noted. The goal is to address the Root Cause of each Key Issue rather than just the symptoms.

REMEDIATE
We work with the Executive and Project Team to implement the most important changes to the project approach in order for all Key Issues to be addressed effectively.

ControL
Once the remedial actions are taken, we implement a series of Project Controls to ensure past issues identified are monitored and prevented from reoccurring.

EMPOWER
Finally, we implement a system for the Executive where they are provided with accurate Status Reports and are empowered to provide directions to the Project Team whenever necessary.
The Project Team’s execution is verified and enforced to ensure present and future compliance.
